Al-Turath Al-Adabi” COMPLAINT POLICY & PROCEDURE

In order to ensure customer centricity, implementation of ethical guidelines and ensure transparency of editorial and publishing process, the Editorial Board of “Al-Turath Al-Adabi have taken appropriate measures and made complaint policy by mentioning specified procedure.

In order to ensure that complaints and grievances by readers, authors, reviewers, editorial members, or any external and internal person/body are resolved in a transparent manner, one member of the Editorial Board is nominated to be the Complaint/Grievance Committee who can be contacted for any complaint or concerns related to submission, review, conflict of interest and publication process. This committee is responsible for receiving all such complaints by email and set up the hearing and resolve of the issue within 20-25 days of receipt of the complaint.
