This paper comprehends the image of women and children in the Arabic novels, highlighting how authors have portrayed their roles, struggles, and contributions to family and society. The study adopts a qualitative and analytical approach, examining selected Arabic novels from classical and modern periods. The analysis focuses on character depiction, narrative structure, thematic elements, and cultural symbolism to understand how women and children are represented. Literary criticism and feminist perspectives are applied to interpret the transformation of their images over time. The findings reveal that Arabic novelists have gradually shifted from portraying women and children as passive and oppressed figures to depicting them as active agents of change, love, and education. The study recommends that future Arabic writers continue to present balanced, realistic, and empowering portrayals of women and children. Literary institutions and educators should encourage critical engagement with such narratives to promote gender equality, family values, and social awareness.
