This paper comprehends the life and poetic works of the renowned Egyptian Sufi poet, Omar bin al-Faridh. It draws upon a range of historical records, literary sources, and critical analyses to construct a detailed account of Ibn al-Faridh's life and to interpret the thematic depth of his work. The study systematically traces four pivotal stages of his life to connect his personal experiences with his artistic and spiritual development.
